#1 MAFIA HALL takes an even bigger than it looks class drop today. He should also really appreciate a more sensible pace after chasing sizzling splits last week. #8 CELL POWER should get closer to his impressive back class in his second start after a six-month break.

Race 2

#5 TROPICAL SCORE disappointed last time but will win if he can reproduce either of his two previous races. #7 DISCOVER GOLD should win if she can handle the extreme track switch.

Race 3

#2 FIDDLE ROSE is as rock-solid as a favorite as you’ll find. She probably wins if she can simply repeat her last race and she’s done significantly better than that in the not so distant past. #1 TROT TO THE MACS couldn’t have looked better destroying maidens last week.

Race 4

#5 KOALA KAT has the most raw talent of any horse in this series but her breaking propensity makes her a dicey proposition. #7 ROMPAWAY ALVIN got really good at the right time and is clearly a must-use. #3 ELECTRIC CHICKEN already has two good seconds in the first two legs.
Suggested bet: Pick-4 – 3,5,7 w/ 1,3 w/ 5 w/ 1,5,9

Race 5

#1 IT’S SUNDAY SUNDAY fits nicely at this level and is proven at larger tracks. #3 EL VONTE Q freaked here last year with a 1:51.4 mile and appears to be as good this year as he was in 2007. #5 TOUCH THIS was a good third in a tough edition of this condition last week.

Race 6

#5 HI IM JOHNNY KASH was utterly dominant last week and should just be getting started as he makes his third start of the year. #2 G-STRING JENNA was just a fifth of a second slower than the favorite in winning his division last week. #1 AWESOME WAY beat the favorite in leg one and lost no stature with last week’s second behind G-String Jenna.

Race 7

#1 MAC T’S DIAMOND beat the favorite fair and square last week. #9 GOLDEN MATTJESTY is razor sharp right now but keeps leaving things extremely close. #5 SHADY MATILDA looked good two weeks ago and has paced some huge miles at this track.

Race 8

#4 LUVYABUTLEAVE broke at the start last week to end a three-race win streak. A new streak should start today. #5 IMPRESSIVE JILL is very tough on her best day. #7 CASHMERE improved dramatically with Lasix added last week.

Race 9

#1A FROND might have needed a race to acclimate himself to the one-turn mile. He wins for fun on his best day. #5 SINGLE SPICE has been awfully tough so far this meet. #3 ANNUAL DUES steps up today but has been facing arguably the hottest trotter on the grounds in both local starts.

Race 10

#4 MIRACLE SAHBRA won for fun at his very condition two weeks ago. He did blow up last week but has been very solid all season. #1 D’AMICO CUCINA steps up off a dominating win against cheaper that might be what the 9yo needed to get back on track.
Suggested bet: Daily Double – 1,4 w/ 7,9

Race 11

#7 JOINT CURSADE blitzed similar by more than five lengths last week. #9 OUR NEW JET also comes off a nice win at this level. #8 COBBLER HANOVER put up a huge final quarter to snag a win last Saturday.
