Race 1

#6 POWERISCAPE has been perfectly dominant this meet and there’s no reason to suspect the streak ends tonight. #4 OUR NEW JET should be on the lead and may prove tougher to pass with a full week of rest. #2 HI SEA is the most likely beneficiary if a crazy duel develops early.

Race 2

#2 CARLY’S CROWN was terrible last time but has too much back class to ignore. #1 ROYAL PHOTO and #1 TOM BRUCE both fit well after good efforts in the late closer.
Suggested bet: Pick-3 – 1,2,8 w/ 1 w/ 1,6,9

Race 3

#1 HOT FUSION just beat a tougher field Sunday. She should be awfully tough here. #8 PRETTYASAPAGEANT is better than she’s shown her last two. #2 BRILEY SHEA improved dramatically in her second Colonial start.
Suggested bet: Exacta – 1 w/ 2,5,8

Race 4

#1 S F DECATHLON and #1A BOY BLUE have both been facing tougher. One of them should find the winners circle on the drop today. #9 COOPERS CREEK N obviously likes the track and appears to be rounding back into top form. #6 BJ’S TSUNAMI fits well and is sharp right now.
Suggested bet: Pick-4 – 1,6,9 w/ 5 w/ 4,5,6 w/ 1,2

Race 5

#5 WINBAK DELIGHT gets both a crucial class drop and crucial driver switch to Chris Page. #2 MAKE A STAND gets a nice post position switch and is fast enough to compete here. #6 PAPER ART won the last time she raced at this level.
Suggested bet: Win – 5

Race 6

#4 CAMPHOR HANOVER and #5 FOX VALLEY SAGE deserve extra credit for contesting a very fast pace last week. Camphor Hanover held on a little better last week and may improve in her second Colonial start. #6 DRIVIN’ MISS RUDEE is always very dangerous.
Suggested bet: Trifecta box – 4,5,6

Race 7

#1 MAFIA HALL tired his last two after chasing blistering paces and is capable of better with an easier early scenario. #2 ACCOPATOUGH has been right there several times at this level.
Suggested bet: Exacta box – 1,2

Race 8

#6 RARE FILLY should find this late closing series a bit of a relief after racing well in the very fast Belote series. #4 HOME TOWN GIRL will be very tough if she can replicate her Tioga form here. #5 YOU’RE WELCOME fits very nicely here.
Suggested bet: Exacta box – 6 w/ 4,5

Race 9

#3 SHADY MATILDA has a great history at Colonial and was absolutely dominant the last time Page drove her. #1 WESTEDGE LANE as a good fourth against some killers last week. #4 FIRM FATALE was blocked throughout the final three-eighths last week.
Suggested bet: Exacta box – 1,3,4

Race 10

#7 HALL SIGN was a good fourth against a tough group last week. #6 SS RUM RUNNER has been facing tougher and has some prior success at Colonial. #4 SEADOG MAN fits well.
Suggested bet: Exacta box – 4,6,7

Race 11

#1A FROND and #1 AU BON HALL are both very logical contenders here. #5 COCKTAIL HOUR has been great at Colonial. #4 BENGALI has been facing tougher all season.
Suggested bet: Exacta box – 1,4,5

Race 12

#8 O O BEACH was a solid second at this level last week and there doesn’t appear to be any particularly dangerous new shooters. #5 MAC MR VP closed well to get third in the same race. #6 COLE LECTOR’S COPY should appreciate the class drop.
