#6 TWIN B PREACHER has been facing much tougher all season. He confirmed his affinity for the track and his sharp current form with that fast Q win. #1 SPEED TALKER fits better at this level.

Race 3

#8 MAC MARTIAN has enjoyed a solid season on the fair circuit. All he needs to do is handle the switch to a one-turn mile. #4 ALL POWERFUL should find the going easier in nw1 company. #10 BETTER HUSTLE has been right there at this condition.

Race 4

#6 CARLY’S CROWN dominated similar earlier this week to get back on track. #2 TOM BRUCE was very game Wednesday and is always dangerous. #5 DIVINE HUSBAND is sharp right now and gets a nice driver switch.

Race 5

#5 WAGENER wins if he can bring his A game for the third time in a week. #6 ADMIRALS CHANCE already has a win at this level and was certainly not embarrassed against tougher in her last three starts. #2 WILD RETREAT is always competitive at this level.

Race 6

#8 MAX Q has had incredibly bad luck in drawing tougher than usual fields in all his local starts. Today, he finally catches a field in which every horse is rising in class. #7 AMBRO THE THUG N looks like he’s back on another roll and he’s clearly good enough. #6 TUG RIVER CLAUDE also keeps catching tough fields.

Race 7

#5 ART THIEF dueled through fast fractions before understandably tiring last time. #10 JOINT CRUSADE has been very close to flawless this meet. #8 ACTION BLISS ran into a monster last time and may improve with the class drop today.

Race 8

#8 HP’S NIRVANA is awfully sharp right now and may just hold a length or edge on this field. #10 PAYTON PLACE couldn’t finish with the favorite last time but had two nice wins in row before that. #2 IMAWHINER was right there to the eighth pole last week.

Race 9

#1 ROYAL PHOTO dominated a similar group last week and #1A DUSTY WINNER is a legitimate contender as well. #2 DESPERATEHOUSEWIFE is plenty good enough and may have needed that last race. #4 SHININ PEARL is in career-best form right now.

Race 10

#6 THAT’S JUSTICE has two straight impressive wins against many of these same rivals. #5 TATTLER’S Jet was a good second behind the favorite last week. #1 GOLDEN MATTJESTY threw in a rare clunker last week but can certainly rebound today.

Race 11

#10 EL VONTE Q was awfully impressive last time, setting a fast pace and still holding off a next out winner in fast time. #1 EPES takes a nice class drop off a rock-solid second last time. #7 VICKIES DREAMBOAT has been facing tougher and is pretty consistent.
